Collateral: First Trust Deeds on two homes located in the Henderson area.. The two homes are currently leased, and generate a total of $2,875/mo in lease revenue.

Loan-to-Value: 
 64% loan-to-value based on comparable sales of similar properties in the immediate neighborhoods of both properties, the two home are estimated by NV Capital Corporation to have a current market value of $625,000.

Interest Rate: 
 11.0% per annum, paid monthly.
*Minimum four months minimum interest guaranteed to Lender.  No prepayment penalty after four months.

Term:
6 months, with one 6-month extension option.

Purpose: 
The loan funds will be used to provide equity recapture to the Borrower, for the purpose of meeting personal liquidity requirements of the Borrower’s commercial bank.

Borrower/Guarantor Profile: 
Borrower has owned a profitable local business for nearly 30 years.
